he South West is now covered by the latest Starlink Residential broadband packages, which have replaced the former Starlink Lite service and offer a more affordable and reliable internet solution for rural and remote locations. With unlimited data and strong performance, Starlink delivers download speeds starting from around 100 Mbps and rising to over 400 Mbps on the Max package, providing consistent connectivity even during peak usage times.
Coverage includes rural areas such as the Mendips, Exmoor, and the Cotswolds, along with major towns and cities including Bristol, Bath, Bournemouth, Gloucester, and Swindon. Additional locations served include Weston super Mare, Taunton, Bridgwater, Cheltenham, Yeovil, Trowbridge, Salisbury, Truro, and Newquay, ensuring dependable broadband across the South West.

Digital Voice (VoIP) Telephone
If you want to cut the cord completely and retain your landline number, we are able to offer you our Digital Voice (VoIP) service. This service includes unlimited calls to UK landline and mobile phones.
Digital Voice service works with a smartphone app which allows you to make and receive phone calls using a landline number from your mobile phone whenever it has an active internet connection (4G/5G or WiFi) or a from a physical corded or cordless phone system connected to your Starlink router (with ethernet adapter). A voicemail service can be configured to email messages from unanswered phone calls.

Starlink Lite typically provides speeds of 50 to 100 Mbps, whereas the standard plan ranges from 150 to 250 Mbps. Designed for low-usage, smaller households, Starlink Lite is not intended for in-motion or maritime use (Starlink).
